Top Mob Bonus Calculator
First of all, let me say that I love your website, and have used it extensively ever since I stumbled across it. That being said, however, I have found that your Top Mob Bonus Calculator does not work properly. It appears to simply give the resulting bonus according to your income, without considering the Top Mob's income. At least I found this to be true at the 7 billion income mark, using a Top Mob member with a 100 billion bounty. According to your calculator, I should receive a 3.5 billion dollar bonus from that Top Mob member. That is not true. It's 2 billion. According to my calculations, which I discovered a long time ago, your top mob members earn 20% of THEIR income OR 50% of YOUR income, whichever is less. So, if my income is 7 billion, and the top mob member's income is 10 billion, 50% of my income would be 3.5 billion, but 20% of their income is only 2 billion. I receive the lesser of the two, which is 2 billion. Now, if the Top Mob member earns 15 billion, they would earn me 3 billion, which is 20% of their income, and is still less than 50% of my income. Now let's say my Top Mob member earns 20 billion (such a person does not as of yet exist, of course). 20% of their income would be 4 billion, however, 50% of MY income is only 3.5 billion, so therefore, my bonus would be 3.5 billion, the lesser of the two. I hope that you can find this information useful.

HEARD ALOT ABOUT YOUR SITE
AND IT WAS ALL GREAT
About those bonuses....
Thats game generated data. Its possible that the "theory" about top mob bonuses might be incorrect. I still have the ancient top mob bonus calculator (http://go4uteam.com/topmob) here and it calculated just like you said but, the in-game data is what the top mob bonus optimizer tool actually uses.
I'm not sure where you're getting that data...
I posted my bounty so that you could see that I'm not just talking theory. I collect almost 21 billion dollars a day on my top mob bonus, and I have the top 8 all time mobsters earners in my top mob, with The Great One at the number 1 spot. He has over a 150 billion dollar bounty, and he doesn't earn me 3.5 billion dollars in bonus. Each of my top mob members earn me exactly 20% of their hourly income. Because of the size of my own bounty, currently, none of them are maxing out on my bonus, which would be a little bit over 3.5 billion dollars. To earn me such a bonus would require a 175 billion dollar bounty. So I am using real in-game data. I have only found ONE exception to my formula, and I am puzzled by it. REDDOG 1029 only earns me around 239 million dollars, even though his bounty is over 100 billion. He should be earning me 2 billion. I'm not sure if it's a fluke, or if there is some valid reason for that, but it puzzles me. Every single other mobster I've run into follows the formula.

possible
but as with 9 out of 10 bugs on this site, its the game itself lol. Anything the tool produces should match up with whats showing up in the game.
Bounties vs income
Could it be based on income and not on the bounty itself ? Is the bounty based on total worth and someone with a high expense for equipment makes his income less thus the reason for the lower payout. I never paid any attention to the amounts, just collected the max I could with the optimizer tool here and have not been disappointed.
income and bounties
income and bounties are basically the same thing. In most cases bounty = income X 10. Your bounty will go up though if you are hitlisted a bunch of times but I'm not sure on the math behind how many times you need to be hitlisted vs how much it goes up.
Your bounty will go up though if you are hitlisted alot...
I've never heard of that. If that is true, it would be truly intriguing. Do you have any evidence to support that?
yeah
I dont have the id on hand but i had a mobster I would use for low level transfers, it had no income with a 17k bounty or something like that
Don't forget
A lot of top earners are switching to betas. When you have someone like REDDOG 1029 not earning you anywhere near what he should maybe at that time he was on a beta account with a mirrored name.
Well the tool
Well the tool will pick up on stuff like that. If they are in a beta the game will report the income differently.
A lot of top earners are switching to betas...
I know that. The first thing I did when I saw the reduced income was check to see if he was on a beta. He was not. He was on his big account.
